Phenom Basketball is a premier national camp focused on helping young athletes develop their skills and pursue opportunities at top collegiate programs. Since 2003, Phenom has built a global platform with national camps in Orange County, South Carolina, and Dallas, and regional qualifiers in every state. The top ten players per grade from these camps earn an all-expenses-paid trip to compete at the Phenom Extravaganza at Disney’s Wide World of Sports in Orlando—an unforgettable experience for both players and their families.
With over 147 NBA players and 4,800 Division I athletes emerging from our program, Phenom offers not just elite training, but a real pathway to scholarships and professional careers. OUR MISSION
The mission of Phenom Basketball is to enable our participating youth the opportunity to receive an education at an institute of higher learning through the wonderful game of basketball Our professional coaching staff and strict academic policies have created an environment nurturing to this goal for our youth. Our success is not measured by our players feats in the gymnasium, but rather through their success in the classroom and in life through basketball.
DEVELOPMENT
Since its inception in 2003, the Phenom National Camps has assisted countless number of its youth participants into some of the nation's finest institutions of higher learning and some in the NBA through encouragement and exposure through Phenom's National platform All of our participating youth are required to send in their most recent report cards or school letters to encourage them to maintain a 3.0 GPA. We evaluate each player through a combination of their academic accomplishments and their athletic performance to mentor and encourage them to match their goals to universities and colleges of their interest.
