Dear Players and Parents,
Welcome to the 22nd Annual Phenom National Camp! We're excited to have you join us — or welcome you back — for another unforgettable weekend. From August 7–10, 2025, in sunny Orange County, CA, the nation’s top middle and high school girls will compete, connect, and level up. Here’s a quick recap of key dates and info to get you ready.
Our Camps
- August 7th (Thursday) - Most players arrive this day to settle in early (optional). All players must complete registration (uniform pick-up, official store, etc.).
- August 8th (Friday) Late Registration - Late registration starts at 6:30 a.m. at AIM Sports Group. The camp officially begins at 7:45 a.m., and players should arrive no later than 7:30 a.m. Parents will be allowed inside the gym at 7:15 a.m. Please plan extra time due to California traffic.
- August 9th (Saturday) - Full day of camp activities and training continues at AIM Sports Group.
- August 10th (Sunday) - Camp concludes by 5:00 p.m., followed by the All-Star Games from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Registration will be held at the Fera by DoubleTree Hilton Orange, California 100 The City Drive Orange, CA 92868-3204
- Registration will be from 9:00am - 6:00pm. (Staff Lunch) 1:00pm - 1:30pm. We will open back up at 1:30pm. The doors will close at 6:00 pm. Registration will be in the BANQUET ROOM of the hotel. Due to the number of athletes plan on this procedure taking a few hours to complete.
Beginning Steps:
- Get into registration line in lobby. (Line will start around 7:00am)

- Receive camp directions and details
- Player must put on uniform (Jr Phenom White side and Phenom 150 Black side) for media pictures.
- Turn in housing and information form.
- Due to the number of athletes plan on this procedure taking a few hours to complete.

- Pictures will be updated on player profile.
- Used on social media camp updates.
- Also, photos will be provided for scouting services to be used for player write-ups
- Player measurements (height and weight)
- Camp store
- Phenom merchandise
- Admission bands
No other camp activities will be scheduled for this day.
- (People usually arrive in Orange County, Ca on this day to avoid rushing, but is not required). All Players are required to attend registration: (Uniform pick-up, visit official store and much more).
- August 8th (Friday) Late Registration* - Late Registration will be held at AIM Sports Group at 6:30 a.m. Introduction starts at 7:45 a.m. Depending on the line you may miss the beginning of the camp. Uniformed players can go inside the gym but parents will be allowed at 7:15 a.m. sharp. (We advise you to allow extra driving time due to California's traffic)
- Start of Camp -Camp officially starts at AIM Sports Group on Friday at 7:45 a.m. (Be early) Please make sure that players have breakfast before arriving to the gym. Players should arrive no later than 7:30 a.m. at AIM Sports Group. The camp runs Friday-Sunday. (We advise you to allow extra driving time due to California's traffic)
- August 10th (Sunday) - The camp concludes no later than 5 p.m. once camp concludes (All-star games will begin at 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

The Phenomenal Store
Gear built for those who live the game.
The Phenom store will be open during registration hours from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. at the hotel on Thursday and daily at the gym from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
You can purchase weekend passes, t-shirts, shorts, hoodies and many other items.
Camp store merchandise is only available during the Phenom National Camp.
Our Trainer
Phenom will have a professional medical trainer on site throughout the camp event for your child's needs. Athlete's medications must be checked in prior to the event with reasons of consuming to the trainer.
Your child’s health is our priority, and having a professional on-site helps us create a safe, responsive, and well-prepared camp environment.

Our Uniforms
Players will be provided with a numbered uniform that must be worn at all times. The unique number identifies the campers to camp staff and scouts. At the conclusion of the camp each player will KEEP their uniform. If players are wearing an Undershirt, it must be White. (No exceptions!! If other than white is worn, the player will be asked to remove it) This will be a very strict policy that will be enforced by staff due to media, video and photos taken during activities. Phenom staff will also make sure all jerseys are tucked in at all times. Players will be disciplined if not abiding by the rules.


Basketball
Phenom will provide the GOAT Phenom Basketballs to be used at the event. No outside balls will be permitted inside the gym at anytime. (Leave your basketballs at the hotel or at home).

Drinks
Our National Sponsor, Gatorade, will be fueling your performance throughout the event! At each court, Gatorade, water, and protein bars or protein drinks will be available at no charge to all participants.
Stay hydrated, energized, and ready to perform at your best with Gatorade’s range of hydration and recovery products, ensuring you have the stamina to dominate the game!

Videographer: We will have a professional photographer and videographer "ELITE3VSN" on site during the event. You have to add the option during registration of your account.
Staff and Coaches: During the event, staff and coaches will be easily identified because they will be dressed in signature Nike attire. All coaches will be dressed alike in Phenom/ Nike coaches’ attire (head to toe).

AIM Sports Group will also be providing a snack bar at their site store. Vending machines will also be available but limited due to large crowds. Vending machines technical difficulties will not be Phenom’s responsibility as they are privately owned.
Parents and spectators are welcome to watch and enjoy this experience of a lifetime. If you’re planning on attending as a spectator, you will be required to purchase a daily or weekend passes. (Must be worn the whole weekend) Passes will be available for purchase at registration in the national camp store. Spectators are encouraged to be positive for the campers and to enjoy this wonderful weekend. It will be a lasting memory.
